How to Get Started

Step 1. Book a Consultation

Once you have an idea of what you would like to work on, book your free consultation with me, and we'll have a chat to discuss your goals and see if there is a fit.  Everything is arranged online. 


Pick a time to talk

Step 2.  The Change

Each programme and session is tailored to you. I use a wide range of advanced hypnosis and mind-body techniques to help you, typically between 1 and 3 sessions.  Each session is online via Zoom and lasts between 60-90 minutes.  

Step 3. Support and Guidance

Specially designed training materials, exercises and support in between and after your sessions.
