I'm Oliver

I have been using hypnosis for over 15 years.  In my own life, it has helped me reach professional goals, improve my sleep, fitness and even change an allergic response. 


I'm on a mission to help motivated people like you, overcome the things that are holding you back from living the life you deserve.

I am originally from London, UK. I am currently based in Brussels, Belgium and work with clients online all over the world and in-person.

The missing piece in the puzzle. 

My first experience of hypnosis was as a teenager. I glued my friend’s hand to a table as a teenager.  Except there was no glue, I had used hypnosis to create the effect, and my friend just believed he was stuck.  

That’s a nice party trick isn’t it?  But, the truth is, you might feel stuck right now with whatever problem or issue you are experiencing.  


It lead me to realise there was a lot more to hypnosis, than little tricks.  I went on to train professionally with many of the world's best trainers and schools of hypnosis.

These days I combine a range of different tools and strategies in my works, because the result is what matters.

In hypnosis we are working with the emotional, unconscious part of our mind that simply wants to keep us safe and protected.  This is typically a mainly right brain activity which accounts for more than 95% of our decisions. 


Many methods of change focus on logical reasoning and left-brain methods to try to bring about change, meaning you can be there a while before you feel any better.  Except most issues do not reason with pure logic and you end up facing an internal battle. 


I combine hypnosis with research informed techniques to help you reach your goal in the best use of your time and investment.

The Experience

I work by a number of principles in the work that I do. You'll learn more about how we'll work together when you book a consultation online. Here's what to expect:

  • I like to keep things fun, interesting and creative since no two clients are the same
  • This is not a race to change, but a short journey, one where we find the most efficient route to get to your goal. 
  • You will be expected to take full responsibility for your change and to invest the time in yourself
  • Each session is highly interactive and you will be expected to fully engage
  • This is not a counselling session or normal talk therapy. There are many wonderful people that offer this, but you will not find it here.
